With a strong commitment to her role, Jeannine ensures meticulous management of every aspect of the registration process, contributing significantly to the success of professional congresses globally. Drawing upon her extensive experience in event coordination, she consistently strives to deliver exceptional experiences for both attendees and organizers.
Jeannine's career in the events industry began with a curiosity-driven exploration, during which she gained valuable insights while studying abroad. With over a decade of expertise, she continues to push boundaries and innovate within her field. In addition to her responsibilities as Head of Registration Management, Jeannine actively engages in mentorship and training initiatives for new employees, demonstrating her dedication to sharing her knowledge and passion with the next generation of event professionals.
Lamprini Nikolidaki is a Project Manager with 8 years of experience in the field of Meetings and Conference Organization. Upon completion of her studies in Tourism and Travel Services Management, she began her career as a trainee at AFEA, an active PCO and IAPCO Member in 2016, following her wish to gain experience in the field.
From the position of the trainee, she quickly developed to a Project Assistant, was then promoted to Project Coordinator and Junior Project Manager. She now serves and manages her own events, as a Project Manager in the revamped version of AFEA, AFEA Congress.
Lamprini is a certified EventsAIR Virtual Event Planner & Trainer and has always been active in educating the new team members on the key elements and best practices of the platform. She has been an active participant to IAPCO seminars, awarded for her engagement by the faculty and has had a key role in hosting 2 IAPCO Edge Seminars in Greece.
She is a great team player, passionate about the meeting industry, able to quickly adapt in a challenging and evolving environment, eager to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Her track record includes 70+ National & International meetings, serving 40,000+ delegates, handling 5,000 abstracts, and managing 15,000 room nights since 2016. Adapting swiftly to the pandemic's virtual shift, she mastered Virtual Meeting Planning, orchestrating over 25 Virtual and Hybrid Meetings. She now managers international events in and outside of Greece.
