Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment will only be accepted via credit card (Visa & MasterCard). All credit cards will incur a 3% credit card service.

A copy of your receipt will be provided at the completion of the purchase.

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be advised in writing to the attention of IAPCO via webedge@iapco.org

Refunds will be offered at the discretion of IAPCO. An administration charge of 10.00euros will be deducted from each refund. Refunds will not be granted for software incompatibility. Please ensure technical compatibility or contact our Technical Support for assistance.
