Identifying the value proposition for associations Barbara analyses how associations can sustain growth. Kristofer S. Herlitz – since having started in the industry in November, 1992 when Kris first joined The Herlitz Company, Inc., he has been immersed in the medical meeting and exhibit management industry. He has worked as the exhibit, advertising, and sponsorship manager for meetings ranging from 700 attendees and 40 booths to those with 30,000 attendees and over 1,000 booths. As President of The Herlitz Company, he built an impressive list of clients including some of the largest and most prestigious medical associations in the world (including the Society for Neuroscience, the Alzheimer’s Association, the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies, the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology, and many more). In December, 2015 Kris allied himself with AIM Group International becoming their Country Manager and Managing Director for AIM USA, Inc. and works out of their New York City office. He is a member of IAEE and sits on their Advocacy Committee, PCMA (having served on their Exhibits and Tradeshow Task Force and is a past-President of the NY Chapter), ASAE, and the National Press Club with over 25 years in the business and having worked on and produced healthcare and medical meetings and events all over the world.
